What is Curious Creators?
Curious Creators is a hands-on STEAM academy for kids ages 2–12 and their families. We offer one-on-one and small-group classes that include sensory play, science experiments, and real-world role-playing in a collaborative, inclusive environment. Led by a homeschooling mom and former preschool teacher, our classes encourage curiosity, creativity, and community—where parents can join the fun or simply relax while their kids explore.
Class Times and Details
Come join us for messy, meaningful explorations filled with creativity, connection, and hands-on learning. You can choose from custom one-on-one sessions or small groups with no more than 3 families. Both options always include nature inspired activities, a relaxed, community vibe, and each session is designed to spark curiosity in a safe and supportive space.
Parent involvement encouraged! Join in the fun or relax nearby while your child explores.
We currently offer 6 small group (max 3 families) classes per week—three on Tuesdays and three on Wednesdays. In addition, one-on-one sessions are available by appointment at your convenience! If you’re interested in additional days or times, let us know—we’d love to grow with your family!

Messy, Meaningful, and Fun!
Science Experiments
Hands-on experiments spark curiosity and critical thinking while introducing kids to basic concepts in chemistry, physics, and biology. Through trial and error, they learn how to make predictions, test ideas, and explore the “why” behind everyday wonders.
Painting and Playdough
Creative play like painting and sculpting builds fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and self-expression. It also supports emotional regulation and encourages kids to explore textures, colors, and patterns at their own pace.
Water and Sensory Play
Sensory-rich activities help children process and understand the world through touch, sound, and movement. They also promote focus, calmness, and early math and science concepts like volume, flow, and cause and effect.
Role-play with Money
Imaginative play with real coins and realistic pretend dollar bills introduces early math, critical thinking, and social skills. Kids practice counting, making choices, and understanding value—all while building confidence through pretend scenarios like going to the class bank, shopping, selling, or running the class store.
